Wanda Granier is CEO and Majority Owner for BridgeWork Partners, a Hispanic Owned Firm, which specializes in Human Resources Consulting and Talent Acquisition since 2008.

With 22 years in the industry, Wanda is a passionate, visionary human resources professional with a strong track record of building teams and winning clients for long-term partnerships.

Wanda makes work fun, but she expects the best from her team.

In 2021, BridgeWork Partners was recognized by the Editor’s List as “Best Places to Work,” by Inc. Magazine for how they embraced keeping their culture strong during the 2020 Pandemic.

In addition, the firm has been recognized as “Best Places to Work in Dallas” multiple times, for their commitment to fostering a strong team culture.

Wanda has received recognition as a Minority Business Leader by the Dallas Business Journal for exhibiting strong commitment and leadership to the minority business community.

Wanda also received the Hispanic Business Salute Award for her leadership by Telemundo 39.
Wanda is a Past Chairman for the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has also been the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.

She has also served as a board member for Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, board member for VisitDallas, Girls Scouts of North Texas, and is a member of Hispanic 100. She has supported the DFW Minority Supplier Development Council for several years and has served as Chair for the Professional Services Industry Group.

Wanda has been involved in numerous volunteer activities throughout the North Texas area over the years, and she has been instrumental in building a philanthropy program for BridgeWork Partners, which allows employees to dedicate volunteer hours to designated social and civic causes.

Wanda is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and attended Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire, “Building a High-Performing Minority Company.”
